Characterized by its fine, even and compact grain, this has more or less evident greyish veins and spots. Its extreme lustre is due to its high calcium carbonate content (white calcite crystals). This makes it an elegant, precious material that brings light to the ambience where it’s installed. Extracted from quarries in the Apuan Alps near Carrara.
